Dear customers,
We would like to update you about a new option which will send a notification to the passengers once their booking is transferred.
First, you will need to set a specific template under Administrations > Ref Templates > Update ticket terms:
Once a template is set, in the Booking transfer screen you will be able to select the 'Email' option, which if marked when the Booking transfer action is executed the system will send a notification to the customer and passenger emails.
