11/MAY/2020 - Restricting templates per user group

Dear Customers,

We would like to update you on a new option added to the system that will allow you to control which templates are shown and can be used per user's group permissions.

All the templates set for your system will be displayed at the bottom of the permissions screen, you will be able to mark the templates you want to be displayed and used by the users assigned to the specific user/agents group, if a template will not be marked it will be blocked for these users:

As a default, every new template created in the system will be marked available for all user groups, if you wish to block usage for a specific template, old or new, you will need to update it on the group permissions accordingly.
