Dear customers,
We would like to update you on a new option that will allow you to create your Airway bill template and track the cargo packages on your website.
For the purpose of the organization, we have added a new module called 'Cargo' which will have all the relevant sub-modules for such purpose, you will need to open the module to the relevant group of users.
Under the Cargo Types sub-module, it is now possible to build/design a template for your Cargo Airway Bill:

We have also added Sender and Recipient address under the cargo screen:
Once the cargo is added, the system will create the "Tracking code" and it will be shown on the PNR:
Only after ticketing the PNR, it will be possible to print the Airway Bill from the icon:
For the tracking of the cargo, there is a new sub-module 'Cargo Status type' where you will need to create the different statuses for the cargo process and set the specific status level. The status level will be the order of the process, so the first step should be 1 and the second step should be 2 and like that successively.
After the statuses are created, you will be able to use 'Cargo Status Control' in order to automatically read with a bar code and update the status of the cargo:
You will need to select the relevant status and use your bar code reader or manually insert the tracking code so the system will update the status:
Notice that you can also add a remark for specific packages/cargo if needed on the remark field.
In case of any error, the system will show the relevant alert:
This information can be also monitored, track or manually update the status under Cargo Status tracking sub-module:
Your customers will be able to track the steps from your website, you will need to add a content page on your IBE with the following code:
{{trackingpage}}
And it will show the following form:
And once the tracking code is inserted all the information will be presented to the customer:
