We would like to update you about a new improvement done on the IBE's online check-in process.
Frequent passengers will be able to auto-fill their details using their membership number and email address.
On the check-in page, if a passenger is an FF program member, he will need to enter his membership number and email address on the required fields and click the "Load" icon:
After clicking the load button, all the relevant passenger details will be automatically added to the relevant fields and the member will be able to continue his online check-in with ease.
Notice that using this option will not update the name of the passenger and only add the additional details.
In order to activate this option, you need to go to IBE > Website clips > Update website settings and mark the 'FF num on checkin' option:
