Dear Customers, 

We would like to update you on a new option which will allow you to request an emergency contact for the passengers during the booking process. 


In order to activate this feature, you will need to go to IBE > Website clips > Update website settings:


You can set to show these fields and if they will be mandatory (required for each passenger) or if the emergency contact should be only for the primary passenger of the booking.

This information will be added to the Passenger remark on the system:


You will need to make sure that the 'Passenger remark' option is active on your system. You can activate it going to Administrations > Users > Company settings:


In case the passenger will add a remark and the emergency contact information, the information will be separated by a space within the remark field.
