Dear Customers,
We would like to update on a new feature that will auto-assign seats for your passengers during the online check-in process.
First, you should go to Check-in > Seat priority, where you can set the priority of rows, this will determine which rows will be assigned first for PAX using the online check-in.
The higher the number the first will be assigned by the system.

| Seat map | Seat map for the assignation of the priority |
| Row from | Row from which the record is relevant (inclusive of it) |
| Row to | Row to which the record is relevant (inclusive of it) |

Level of priority, the higher the number the first will be assigned by the system (higher comes first) |
This option is intended for those airlines which would like to charge for changes of seats during online check-in, so you have to make sure to use the 'Charge on check in' option on your seat fares (under Marketing module):
In order to activate this option you should go to IBE > Website clips > Update website settings and activate 'Auto assign seats on checkin'
When the passenger will see his information, a seat will be already assigned:
Passenger will be able to change the seat by paying for any other seat (according to your seat fares configuration).
