We would like to update you on new queues types added for API call pullQueue:
- Un ticket bookings: New unticketed bookings
- Cancelations: New canceled bookings
- Amendments: New amended bookings
Additionally, it is now possible to set the queues per specific agency so they will obtain only the PNRs which are relevant to them and a new webhook option to advise the agent/API user about any changes in case they preferred to be alerted.
This option is relevant for API users only.
