We would like to update you regarding a new setup option added to the destinations screen - allowing the setup of sightseeing flights that will be restricted for making only OW bookings on your IBE.
We have added the new section at the bottom of the destination setup screen:
In order to set up a sightseeing flight, you will need to create two separate destination records on the system (We have used the names 'Sightseeing start' and 'Sightseeing end' for the examples below), the set up of fares and the creation of the flight series should be done in the same way as a regular flight.
In order to activate the trip type validation on your IBE, you will need to mark the 'Sightseeing' checkbox on both records (Sightseeing start & Sightseeing End).
On the record of the Sightseeing start destination, you will also need to add the name of the Sightseeing end record on the 'Return destination' dropdown selection (this dropdown should be left un-selected on the Sightseeing end record).
Once the setup is updated correctly, the IBE will automatically add the "End" destination once the destination selection and the trip type selection will also be set automatically to one way, while the option to change it back to roundtrip will be blocked.
