Dear Customers,
We would like to update you on a new option in the class rules which will allow making upgrades of classes (higher priority/more expensive classes) without the penalty to be triggered.
Notice that this is only valid for flights on the same day if an amendment is done for a different date it will charge the amendment penalty policy regularly.
In order to activate this option you can go to Marketing > Classes:
If branding is activated in the system, it will take into consideration the priority coming from your branding configuration, and in case you work with regular classes the system will use the priority of the classes.
