24/NOV/2021 - Ticket cancellation permission

Dear customers,


We would like to inform you of a new permission setting that allows users and CRS agents to cancel tickets after ticketing. 

When setting up new users/CRS agents, you can decide to grant them permission to cancel tickets by checking 'Allow TKT cancellation'.

For your information, this recent change does not affect existing users/CRS agents, which have been granted this permission by default.
