Just wanted to know, how can one reverse a payment which has been entered in a wrong PNR?
We've been facing this issue quite a lot for most of our clients pay via pay bills and most are the times they quote a wrong reference number and the payment ends up being accounted on a wrong PNR.
We'll appreciate your directive on how we can nullify the payment done on the incorrect PNR.

In these cases, you will need to refund the amount of the wrong PNR and place it manually in the relevant PNR manually.
I recommend you to open a ticket for a more detailed explanation of the specific process.
