Required passenger data

Good day everyone,

I need your advise on solving a challenge, where agents have discovered how to trick the system - the required data fields (date of birth, passport details, etc.) are often blank or obviously incorrect. An example of an incorrect field would be the expiry date of the passport given as a date that has already past, or an incomplete name (single initial).

This is causing problems at the check in process, as the staff have to prepare the documentation before check in to save time, and then have to correct the data when the passengers present at the desk. Often it delays the departure, and during the end of the year we are trying to make our destination before sunset.

Is there a way to prevent this manipulation, where a dot, dash, space, or zeros is not an acceptable entry in the required field?
