Dear Customers,
We would like to update you on a new functionality added to the CRS system which will allow you to create email templates to use from the flight screen.
You need to go to Administrations > Email templates in order to create your templates:
| Field | Description |
| Active | Activate or deactivate the template according to your needs |
| Name | Name of the template |
| Message | HTML editor to create formatted and customizable messages |
The email templates will be available from the Send Email option in the flight Screen:
You can also use the new email templates from the Flight series screen:
You can still send manual emails for specific reasons or to select the predesigned template.
You can use the same parameters/variables as the ones used for the SMS templates, you can find the full list here
