The system allows you to send emails to the customer with a click of a button. Click on the envelope icon on the top right side of the PNR screen.
In the pop-up screen, write the receipt email address and select the booking reference template you would like to send. (Need to create more Ref Template? Learn more)
Also,
- You can CC/BCC more email adresses
- Write header text to be in the email
- Attach template as PDF/Send only attachment
- Attach an email archive to the email
Click the continue button.
