In this article you will learn how to send emails to the customer with a click of a button from the PNR screen.
The system allow you to send emails to the customer with a click of a button.
Click on the envelope icon on the top right side in the PNR screen
In the popup screen write the receipt email adress, and select to booking ref template you would like to send. (Need to create more Ref Template? Learn more)
Also,
- You can CC / BCC more email adresses
- Write header text to be in the email
- Attach template as PDF / Send only attachment
- Attach an email archive to the email
Click the continue button.
