Agency types

In this article, we will cover the different agency types supported in our system:

• On invoice agencies
• Reserve agencies
• Cash basis agencies
• Deposit agencies

The difference between agency types lies in how the company manages the agency payment and booking flow.

• On invoice agency
  These agencies pay only after a specific "Credit days" period once an invoice (ticket) has been issued. At the end of the period, the agency will send a payment, and it will be interested in several bookings.
• Reserve agency
  These agencies can make bookings, but they must pay first to finalise the ticket.
• Cash basis agency
  These agencies cannot secure a booking unless they've been paid (booking will be kept up to the PTL).
• Deposit agencies
  These agencies pay an upfront amount, and the deposit can be used across multiple bookings.
