SMS template for Frequent Passenger

In this article, we will review how to send SMS to your Frequent Passenger members to update them about new promos, special sales, new routes, etc.

To send SMS to the members, you need to apply a filter in the Members submodule. You can simply filter all your active members, for example.




The SMS button will be now visible for use.



A new pop-up window will open, and you will be able to select the relevant members to send the SMS. You can either write the message or select an SMS template.

Additionally, we have added an 'SMS Report' where you can review the history of all the SMS sent from the system.
