SMS template for Frequent Passenger

In this article we will review how to send SMS to your Frequent Passenger members and update them about new promos, special sales, new routes, etc.

In order to send SMS to the members, you will need to apply a filter in the Members sub-module. You can simply filter all your active members for example.


SMS button will be now visible to be used.


A new pop up window will open and you will be able to select the relevant members to send the SMS. You can either write the message or select a SMS template.

Additionally we have added 'SMS Report' where you can review the history of all the SMS sent from the system.
