Dear Customers,
We want to update you on a new feature that will allow you to block CRS users from amending a booking to a lower class priority (cheapest fare).
This option works exactly the same way as the restriction for CRS Agents
The option is found under Administrations > Users:
When marked, this CRS user will not be able to amend his bookings from a high class to a lower one.
IMPORTANT: The system will take into account only the class priority settings and NOT the set fare.
You should make sure that class priority is set correctly on your flights to have this new restriction work accordingly.
Notice that the correct setup should be that the cheapest classes have the highest priority, while more expensive ones have a lower priority.
This option is relevant only once a booking is ticketed and no change of route is done.
