Automating procedures will help you save time and effort of the users and will make sure you operate within the time limits you have defined.
| Feature | Description |
| Automatic PTL cancellations | This feature is activated by default for all companies, please note that you can define the settings in the "Company settings" tab and per agency setting of the PTL. |
| Automatic TTL cancellation | This feature allows you to activate the automatic TTL cancelation, once this feature is activated, the system will cancel every booking which reaches the TTL (ticketing time limit) automatically, the PNR must be in OK status for this to take place. |
| Automatic TTL cancellation for PN bookings | This feature allows you to activate the automatic TTL cancelations for PENDING bookings, so even when you do not have a payment method in place the system will cancel the booking once it reaches the TTL. |
| Auto "PN" to "OK" | if activated, when a voucher is inserted and it covers the full PNR amount, the system will switch the PNR to OK immediately. |
| Auto "VC" to "TKT | if activated, when the sum of vouchers covers the full PNR pricing, the system will ticket the PNR immediately. |
| Auto Payment to "TKT" | if activated, when the sum of payments (excluding vouchers) covers the full PNR pricing, the system will ticket the PNR immediately |
